#38 Bib Dress Pattern & Cabbage Rose Fabric!

I am so excited to introduce this brand new fabric, available on spoonflower!  It it similar to the vintage fabric, but not exact.  The colors and designs are a little softer, and the fabric is heavier weight than the vintage fabric--similar to a good-quality quilting fabric found in stores today (Petal Signature Cotton.)  You can also get it in many different fabrics, such as twill, canvas, chiffon, velvet, jersey, fleece, minky, etc.  Order on spoonflower direct and they will print on demand and ship directly to you.  The more yardage you buy, the better discount you get.  Sometimes they have sales for 20% off, too!

Spoonflower is excited to support members of our community who are active or retired US military, first responders and nurses, teachers and students through our ID.me partnership. Click here to find out if you qualify to save up to 25% on every purchase.
Bulk Discounts:
  • 10% off orders of 20+ yards of fabric
  • 15% off orders of 50+ yards of fabric
  • 20% off orders of 100+ yards of fabric

There are five colors to choose from--Orange, Mauve, Violet, Light Teal, and Yellow.  Plus, coordinating solids!  Perfect for making a quilt or using for contrast.

Not sure which color to get? Spoonflower’s “fill-a-yard” allows you to order a pre-made cheater quilt with the collection. Simply select my Cabbage Rose collection, click “fill a yard of fabric with this collection,” then go from there to design your quilt. Here’s mine:

Ok, now for the newest pattern, the Bib Dress! Includes pattern to make dress, bloomers, and bib similar to the original Cabbage Patch Kids “Giraffe Bib Dress”. The giraffe bib dress is one of my favorites. The dress has a curved yoke and gathered skirt. Lace trim is on the dress sleeves as well as the legs of the bloomers, and around the bib. The bib has a cute giraffe iron-on patch (available in my etsy shop). Use broadcloth fabric for the back of the bib and either flannel or terry cloth for the front. Use any cotton fabric for the dress and bloomers.
Available on Etsy and Ebay.
