#48 Holiday Outfits Pattern for 20" TRU and BLE - Super Cute Matching Easter Outfits for Girl and Boy
My daughter says these are her favorite outfits so far. I'll have to admit, they turned out pretty cute, and the purple really made the girl's purple eyes pop!
I used a flannel back satin fabric for the solid color. It is soft and shiny, but it snags very easily, so I opted to put snaps on the vest rather than velcro and buttons. I used pliers for assorted snaps. I bought the shoes from Patpat, size 3.5 US. They went perfectly with the outfit! I was so happy with them.
Pattern available on Etsy and Ebay.
Includes patterns to make matching outfits for a girl and boy doll. Dress, Bloomers (Panties), T-shirt, Overall Shorts (aka Shortalls/Shorts), Vest, and Bowtie. Dress bodice and sleeves are a solid color. Dress skirt and Bloomers are patterned. The Shortalls and bowtie are a solid color. The Vest is patterned and has complete lining and can even be reversible if you choose not to have buttons and velcro. Use regular cotton fabric for everything except the t-shirt. The t-shirt is white interlock knit, except the collar, which is regular cotton fabric. When choosing knits, choose good quality and not too thin. The thinner the fabric, the more difficult to work with.
