New AG Truly Me 122, and 121 Wig Swap

I had my eye on Truly Me 122 for a while, but saw that she was no longer available. So you can imagine my excitement when the new releases came out and she was included. Trading spaces for new dolls is all part of the minimalist doll-collecting journey. It's always difficult to decide which doll to rehome to make room for another. Luckily, I made room for this one! I love the new outfit!

To my dismay, when 122 arrived, I was disappointed. She has no color in her lips. I saw other similar posts and found that many like 121 better. She has a lighter skin tone than 122, so her features stand out more. But I like the wig on 122 better. Don't get me wrong, 122 is absolutely adorable. Just not what I was expecting.

A lightbulb went off and I decided to get 121 and switch wigs. Both are Joss molds, so the only difference is their skin tone and hair. After switching wigs, it's like they were meant to have the switch. 121's hair goes perfectly with 122 and vise versa. I will say this: these dolls are absolutely gorgeous. I don't think the Joss mold gets nearly enough attention. The face is just so sweet.
